Join in the Live Art Competition Brampton!

Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) is encouraging all Ontario artists to join in the Live Art Competition Brampton taking place on Saturday, August 24. Supported by the Inzola Art Endowment Fund, the Downtown Brampton BIA, Beaux Arts Brampton, Razor Creative and Baci Gifts. We invite all artists to discover downtown Brampton via canvas or watercolour to win!

HOW TO REGISTER

• On-line registration
• Live Art Competition Brampton Registration – $25.00
• REGISTER before August 10 – $25.00. After August 10, registration fee is $35.00 until the day of the competition, only if supplies remain.

• One 16 x 20 Canvas or 140lb. watercolour paper will be provided to each artist

• Little Live Art family drop-in activity at Peel Art Gallery Museum + Archives: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Create your own mini-canvas! Free with general admission.
• Live Art Brampton Community Canvas activity outside the Downtown Brampton BIA office at 76 Main St. N. during the Farmers Market
• Awards Ceremony at 2 p.m. at PAMA

Beaux Arts Brampton invites you to view the top 10 artworks from the Live Art Competition in their Cove Gallery and vote on the People’s Choice Award from August 28 – Sept. 14.

Join us for the Closing Reception on Thursday, Sept. 12, 7 – 9 p.m. at Beaux Arts Brampton, 70 Main St. N. where the People’s Choice will be awarded.

PAMA is a place to explore and learn about Peel Region’s culture and heritage, as well as use conversation, questions and stories to help make new and fascinating connections to the surrounding community.
