Part-time Sessional Instructor in Art History, Northwestern Polytechnic
Art/Art History Instructor Position
The Department of Fine Arts is seeking a part-time sessional instructor in Art History. This position will commence August 14, 2023 β April 30, 2024. These classes can be taught remotely or in person at the discretion of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will teach two art history lecture courses per semester:
AR1010 β Introduction to the History of Art I
AR1020 β Introduction to the History of Art II
AR2560 β Art Since 1945
AR2810 β Twentieth Century Art I
Northwestern Polytechnic provides competitive salaries to its employees. Candidates who hold a Masterβs degree are eligible to start at level III on the salary grid, with the increment to be determined based on their experience. For additional information, kindly refer to the Academic Staff Association collective agreement.
