The Outreach and Development Manager will reach out to members of the Ontario artist-run network to survey the impact of measures imposed on centres in the last year and their positive outcomes on their programming and services. ARCCO is seeking knowledge into what alternative means of creation, production and sharing were implemented to continue to support their communities of art professionals, how this is documented and how it is assessed for reporting to funders. Based on this survey, the Manager will propose a few options for communicating, networking, producing, exhibiting and sharing artistic culture produced in our organizations. Drawing on the knowledge presented at ARCCO’s 2020 Members’ Summit, the manager will examine resources and knowledge produced in urban and regional or rural settings, the potential of open-source and communities of practice to organize and share information on hybrid modes of programming, alternative governance models, online and in-person service provision to better connect, serve and inform ARCCO’s membership and their communities.
