ONE Water Street:
Public Art Project
Call to Artists

The Owners, North American Development Group and Kerkhoff Construction invite artists or artist teams to submit applications and expression of interest to create an artwork to be installed at the ONE Water Street development in Kelowna B.C. The artwork shall be located in one or more locations including the main tower entrances or the high profile corner of Sunset Drive and Water Street (Clement Avenue)

ONE Water Street is located between Kelowna’s Cultural and Entertainment District and the residential neighbourhood of Sunset Drive. The theme for the public art is to be ‘Okanagan Urban’

The commissioned artist/artist team will be chosen through a Two-stage selection process. The Selection Committee will identify a short-list of 3 applicants to proceed to Stage 2. Each short-listed applicant will receive $1,500 to prepare formal proposals.

Award: $195,000

Eligibility: Open to Artists residing in Canada and/or the Pacific Northwest.
