Toronto Outdoor Art Fair’s Demystifying the Art World Series Returns for 2026

TOAF’s Demystifying the Art World Series is back! This series began in 2022 as a response to a growing need for accessible, practical guidance on what it takes to build a sustainable career as an artist.

This year, the program continues that mission: from insider advice on approaching galleries to the fundamentals of crafting successful public art proposals, each session offers clear, practical guidance from curators, artists, and art professionals. Artists will gain insight into building strong résumés that highlight what matters most, and practical strategies for confidently navigating new opportunities, from representation to commissions and beyond.

This professional development series is made possible by the support of TD Ready Commitment.

Space is limited. Reserve your spot early.
