Now in its 23rd season, ReFrame has grown from a grassroots screening series into a nationally recognized, justice-driven festival. Alongside the annual festival, ReFrame presents year-round programming, develops community partnerships, and offers professional development opportunities for artists.

- Leading ReFrame’s communications strategy, including writing, storytelling, and media engagement
- Overseeing the creation of festival materials (film guide, website content, promotional assets)
- Managing programming budgets and coordinating guest logistics
- Serving as a public representative of the festival
This is a dynamic role that balances curatorial care, creative vision, and organizational collaboration within a small, dedicated team.
