47 presents an evening celebrating the launch of Chef Teo’s new cookbook, Done Right, alongside a first look at the newly renovated space. The event brings together food, art, and community, with guests invited to experience the refreshed 47 space and artwork by Dennis Lin.

Chef Teo is the chef and owner behind Toronto’s Union, Côte de Boeuf, and Brasserie Côte. Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy small bites prepared by Chef Teo and purchase a copy of Done Right, a cookbook that reflects his distinctive approach to food and hospitality.

The event will also support the Parkdale Food Bank through a collection of non-perishable food donations. Guests are encouraged to bring a donation and contribute to the local community.

About Chef Teo

Chef Teo Paul is a Toronto-based chef and restaurateur known for creating thoughtful, distinctive spaces centred around food, hospitality, and community. He is the chef and owner behind five singular rooms: Union, Côte de Boeuf, Brasserie Côte, Le Tambour in Hamilton, and Heart’s Tavern up north.

Across his restaurants, Paul’s approach is rooted in a deep appreciation for ingredients, craft, and the experience of gathering around a table. His new cookbook, Done Right, brings this philosophy into the home kitchen, offering a collection of recipes and ideas shaped by his years of cooking and hospitality.

About 47

47 is a studio space in Parkdale, recently transformed into a showroom and gallery space that brings together Dennis Lin’s sculptural practice, exhibitions, and cultural programming. Designed as an evolving space for art and gathering, 47 presents Dennis Lin’s work while occasionally opening its doors to collaborations, events, and other programming.
