Scarlett Road Cycle Track Art Project

The City of Toronto, StART program is seeking street, mural and graffiti artists to paint murals on concrete barriers, and design art for vinyl wraps for concrete barriers, that will demarcate the cycle track on Scarlett Road from Edenbridge Drive to Bernice Crescent. Mural painting will take place within a City of Toronto Yard throughout September and early October 2020.

All successful applicants will be asked to create an art design for a specific number of barriers to be approved by an Advisory Committee.

Applications will be reviewed and barriers assigned on a rolling basis from August 28 through to September 13, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Please submit your application before or by September 13, 2020 at 11:45pm EDT.
