Next Generation Arts (NGA) is now taking bookings from artists, collectives, facilitators, and community organizers looking for a place to exhibit work, gather people, and make new things happen.
Whether you’re mounting your first solo exhibition, running a workshop series, launching a pop-up, or simply looking for a quiet space of your own to work in, the NGA Hub is a welcoming, youth-centred arts space in Scarborough with room for what you’re building. The spaces are open to the public and can be rented on their own or combined, ideal for:
- Exhibitions
- Workshops
- Events and pop-ups
- Performances and artist talks
- Meetings and presentations
- Office work
About the Next Generation Arts Hub
A hub for youth, a gallery for artists, and a gathering place for community, the NGA Hub is where creativity thrives, connections are made, and fresh ideas come to life. Renting here means joining a growing network of creatives, changemakers, and culture-builders, and supporting a charitable organization that invests directly in the next generation of artists and arts workers across the Greater Toronto Area.
The NGA Hub is made up of four distinct spaces: the Front Gallery, the Back Program Room, the Gallery Walls, and the Office, each suited to a different kind of work.
The Spaces

Front Gallery (800 sq ft, up to 40 people)
A bright, street-level venue with floor-to-ceiling storefront windows and wood laminate floors. Ideal for events, workshops, and performances, it seats 40 in chairs or 30 with tables, and comes with WiFi, a wall-mounted digital screen, and optional moveable walls.

Back Program Room (500 sq ft, up to 15 people)
A quiet, private room well suited for small workshops, intimate gatherings, and meetings, with WiFi and two wall-mounted digital screens.
Gallery Walls (1,156 sq ft)
Made for artists and collectives, with bright natural light and clean, versatile walls for exhibiting work in any medium. Includes a wall-mounted TV for title signage, digital works, or video, along with 4 ft and 8 ft moveable walls.
The Office (75 sq ft, up to 2 people)
A private, lockable workspace for artists, writers, designers, and small organizations who want a dedicated home base inside a vibrant creative hub. Comes with two desk set-ups.
What’s Included
Every rental includes free limited parking onsite; use of foldable tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment (on request and pending availability); and access to NGA’s shared spaces, including the kitchen and waiting lounge. A floor plan is available on request.
