Audience Development & Marketing Coordinator (12 Month Contract)

WHO YOU ARE:
Our ideal candidate will be a creative, tech savvy and organized marketing and communications whiz who not only knows how to build a strategy- but put it into action in authentic, community focused ways. You’re on top of best practices for social media in the cultural sphere- but also see what’s coming next and how folks can most effectively share their creative message. You’re experienced in running marketing campaigns across various platforms, are often on your phone, and aren’t a stranger to working with others (both internal and external contracts) to achieve the best results possible.

You care about artists and telling their stories and can schedule tasks weeks in advance while also pivoting communications plans when the team needs to act fast. You know that representation and accessibility should be top of mind, and it’s not just how a story’s told but whose stories are told. You love overseeing a great looking, up to date website and engaging with new audiences, in new ways.

You can work independently and remotely but are a positive teammate with a sense of humor and commitment to progressive ideas and values. If you’re all about excellent storytelling, audience building, interesting brand development and a good comms plan then we are excited to meet!
