Beyond GLAM Land Acknowledgments: Activating Decolonization and Indigenization in Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums
This micro-credential critically examines the work of the galleries, libraires, archives, and museums (GLAM) with a view to make space for new ways of being through practical and theoretical discussions of how to apply decolonizing and Indigenizing actions to these spaces. Starts online May 17.

Developing Effective Government Relations and Advocacy Strategies for Canadian Arts Organizations
This micro-credential was developed in collaboration and offered in partnership with the Cultural Policy Hub at OCAD University and PAA Advisory | Conseils, a national public affairs and strategic communications firm. It’s designed for arts managers to gain the knowledge and skills required to build comprehensive government relations strategies to advocate for their organizations and the creative sector. Starts online June 29.

Student Profile: Jessica Campbell
Jessica Campbell is a School of Continuing Studies certificate holder. She has completed the Art and Design Professional Skills Certificate and is now working on the Graphic Design and Visual Communication Skills Certificate. She also participated in the ArtWorksTO program. Jessica is a multimedia artist based in Toronto who uses digital mediums such as illustration, graphic design, and painting to express themes of wonder, optimism, and representations for people of colour. Currently she is thinking about what representation and authenticity looks like in Queer and IBPOC spaces and how that translates into visual art. To learn more about Jessica, visit our website.
