Following an open call to emerging and established artists living and working in Ontario to exhibit their work at the Art Gallery of Mississauga, we were delighted to receive over 200 entries. Our three invited jurors carefully assessed these submissions through an anonymous process and unanimously selected this exceptional gathering of artworks. The exhibition features varied approaches to contemporary art, such as abstraction, conceptualism, and photo-realism, and includes a rich range of mediums, such as photography, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and mixed media. Showcasing culturally diverse artists from Mississauga and across the province, our juried show offers the opportunity to build and strengthen our connections with the artistic community and celebrate its achievements.
