Make art a priority this year! If you are a creator with previous experience in pottery, ceramics, handbuilding or sculpture, the Haliburton School of Art + Design (HSAD) has an opportunity for you.
Fleming College’s HSAD is opening its ceramic studio for weekly use at a cost of $125/week from January 30 to April 29.
Immerse yourself in independent practice in a studio setting with access to:
- Designated wheel
- Storage space
- Ware cart
- Use of studio equipment (pug mill, slab roller, banding wheel, slump molds, stamps, extruder, batts, armatures, slip trailers, spray booth and sculpting stand)
Studio time can be purchased by the week. The studio is open Monday to Saturday. All clay must be purchased from the college bookstore at $25 per bag. The cost includes underglazes, glazes, and firing.
This course is not suitable for beginners. Previous experience is required.
