Artistic Opportunity

We invite local Canadian artists to review our Call to Artists webpage and submit a concept for one of our available rooms. Each room is approximately 500-1000sf within our 17,000sf exhibit and each room focusses on one of the environmental/sustainability topics we’ve listed, or another of their choosing which presents an important story related to our mission and objectives.

Installations will be installed for 6-12 months, if not longer.

Remuneration for the artist will be incorporated into the budget for each room.

Background and Context

Our upcoming Arcadia Earth Toronto exhibit will have a permanent home at The Well, a new development at Front & Spadina in downtown Toronto. Our exhibit will provide an entertaining and inspiring vision into the world of sustainability in a positive and entertaining fashion. We will provide visitors with practical knowledge and tangible lifestyle changes to everyday life. Arcadia Earth will be brought to life with augmented reality, virtual reality, projection mapping and incredible art installations… which is where our “Call to Canadian Artists” comes into play.
