OIS ART OF CANADA invites Canadian women artists to apply for Her Voices, Our Time, the Korea–Canada Women Artists Exchange Exhibition taking place at Dignam Gallery in Toronto from October 6 – 17, 2026.
Presented in celebration of Korean Heritage Month in Canada, the exhibition will bring together women artists from Korea and Canada to promote artistic exchange, cross-cultural dialogue, professional networking, and greater visibility for diverse artistic voices.
We welcome applications from Canadian women artists working in a range of contemporary visual art practices, including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, mixed media, craft, and digital art. Artists from diverse cultural backgrounds and communities are encouraged to apply.
Selected artists will have the opportunity to present their work alongside Korean and Canadian artists and participate in professional and public programming connected to the exhibition. Activities may include artist talks, networking and exchange opportunities with visiting Korean artists and arts professionals, and participatory cross-cultural workshops.

Eligibility
All Canadian women artists are welcome.
Submission Requirements
- One piece of original artwork (JPEG format)
- Artwork dimensions cannot exceed 25″ on any side
- A brief artist statement (maximum 120 words)
- Artist CV
Artist’s Share
60% commission applies on all sales.
Artist Participation Fee
$400 CAD (Payable upon participation confirmation. There is no entry
fee)
The participation fee includes the following:
- Exhibition venue rental
- Exhibition brochure
- Promotional materials and advertisements via local media in Canada and South Korea
- Document translations
- Exhibition operations
- Opening reception, etc.

About OIS ART OF CANADA
OIS ART OF CANADA is a non-profit organization established in 2018 with the purpose of fostering exchanges and understanding of creative culture and arts between Korea and Canada. It seeks to promote active exchanges between artists from both countries through exhibitions and a wide range of artistic activities.
In addition, we promote cultural and artistic trends in both South Korea and Canada through various arts and culture events, including collaborative exhibitions, performances, and traditional arts workshops. Through these initiatives, we aim to build an international network of artists, arts organizations, and art lovers.
OIS ART OF CANADA offers a variety of cultural and artistic programs aimed at providing opportunities for diverse communities in Canada to understand and share the cultural and artistic heritage of each community. The organization was established with the purpose of promoting ties and fostering the development of cultural and artistic exchanges between Canada and Korea.
