Calling All GTA Artists

Artist-Direct Grants submission window opens January 1 – 15, 2025. Differing from Partners in Art’s existing grants, which are open to visual arts organizations, the Artist-Direct Grant will award funds directly to GTA-based artists who have confirmed exhibitions in Canada between May 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026.

Application Window: January 1 – 15, 2025
Grant Amount: $5,000
Eligibility: GTA-based artists with confirmed exhibitions in Canada.

The Artist-Direct Grant provides direct support to artists to cover:

• Supplies
• Studio rentals
• Exhibition expenses
• Production costs
• Up to 50% of the grant can be used for your time and labour
