Call for Entry: Preston Gallery’s 2nd Annual Juried Show

Preston Gallery’s Annual Juried Show is a celebration of Canadian art, showcasing a curated selection of work by emerging and established artists from across the country. This in-person exhibition invites artists to submit their best pieces for consideration, with final selections made by a panel of jurors (TBD) based on originality, technique, and impact.

Works sold during the show are subject to a 25% commission. All works must be for sale.

This show is in person – accepted works must be delivered (or shipped) to the gallery by September 30. Works that arrive after this date will not be accepted.

Eligibility

• Open to all artists living within Canada
• Artists may submit until 3 works
• Maximum size of artwork 48in wide x 72in tall
• All mediums welcomed – including but not limited to: Painting, Drawing, Ceramics, Photography, Jewelry (handmade), digital arts
• No AI generated works will be accepted
• Jurying is online – please do not drop off works in person for jurying

Terms of Entry

• Application Fee: $40.00 per submission (up to 3 works)
• All submissions will be juried by a panel of external professionals
• Artists are responsible for the transportation of accepted artworks to and from the Gallery
• The Gallery assumes insurance responsibility only while works are onsite
• All works must be delivered ready to install, d-hooks and wire
• Works selected for the exhibition must remain on view for the full duration of the show
• By submitting, artists agree to allow the Gallery to use images of selected works for promotional purposes
• The Gallery reserves the right to decline any artwork that does not meet the exhibition standards or eligibility criteria
• The jury’s decision is final. Only work that has been accepted by the jurors will be included in the exhibition
