Call for Submissions: Etobicoke Civic Centre Art Gallery 2027 Exhibitions
Etobicoke Civic Centre Art Gallery invites visual arts organizations and collectives from across Canada to submit applications to exhibit and sell the works of their selected artist members in 2027. Artists with diverse backgrounds and those who have not exhibited previously at the gallery are encouraged to apply.
Submission Deadline: May 17, 2026
Who can apply?
Art organizations or collectives with a minimum of four participating artists.
Artist Fees
In accordance with the CARFAC fee schedule for Exhibitions with Art for Sale, the eligible exhibiting artist will be paid an exhibition fee (Section 1: A.1.7) based on number of artworks.
While CARFAC fees will not apply to groups of six or more, we offer in-kind support to all artists such as free gallery space, installation, takedown, reception assistance, label and didactic printing and promotional opportunities through the City’s channels.

- Completed application form toronto.ca/ArtistOpportunities
- 10 to 15 images with a corresponding list of artworks
- If non-juried, arts group members list
About the Gallery
Etobicoke Civic Centre Art Gallery hosts 10 shows annually providing diverse, accessible, inclusive and professional gallery spaces for early-career and established visual artists/art groups. Wall space is approximately 230 feet and 6 display cases are available for 3D works.

Assembly Hall Gallery
Call for Submissions: Assembly Hall Gallery 2027 Exhibitions
Assembly Hall Gallery is looking to showcase a wide range of visual art mediums in 2027 including painting, photography, sculpture, mosaic, collage and printmaking. Individual artists and arts organizations are welcome to apply.
Submission Deadline: June 15, 2026
Who can apply?
Early, mid-career and professional individual artists or collectives.
Artist Fees

Ascent Gallery in Etobicoke
Call for Submissions: Ascent Gallery 2027 Exhibitions
Ascent Gallery is looking for early-career artists to showcase in 2027. Submissions from individual artists and collectives who identify as IBPOC, disabled persons and 2SLGBTQI+ and artists living and working in Toronto are encouraged.
