70th Annual Open-Juried Exhibition

The Colour and Form Society (CFS) invites artists to apply to our 70th Annual Open Juried Exhibition. The exhibition is open to members and non-members residing in Ontario and will present an exhibition of diverse artistic styles and media.
$2500 in prizes
1st place $1000 | 2nd place $700 | 3rd place $500
3 Honourable Mentions of $100 each
Our distinguished Jurors:
Steve Rose, contemporary artist and educator
Rayne Tunley, award winning artist and elected member of the OSA, SCA, CSPWC
Helen McCusker, award winning artist and educator
The jurors select the exhibition from the eligible on-line submissions and determine award winners from the accepted artwork. Jury decisions are final.
IMPORTANT DATES
July 17 – August 17 Submit online at www.colourandformsociety.org
August 17 DEADLINE for entry submissions & payment at midnight.
September 7 Notification of acceptance/decline by email.
September 18 Delivery of artwork to the Etobicoke Civic Centre 9:30 – 10:30am
September 24 Opening Reception and Award Presentation at the ECC, 2 – 4pm
October 14 Pickup of artwork from the ECC 10:00am to 12pm
October 15 The 70th Annual Open Juried Exhibition Winners and all accepted works will be posted online at www.colourandformsociety.org
The CFS Open-Juried Exhibition is open to artists who are Ontario residents. Upon acceptance into the Open-Juried Exhibition, non-member artists are offered the opportunity to apply for membership with the Colour and Form Society.
ELIGIBILITY
Each artist (18 years and older) may make one online entry submission that includes up to two original artworks, using eligible media (drawing, painting, sculpture, original hand-pulled prints and mixed media. (NO photographic or digital art).
