The Opportunity
The Youngplace Art & Craft Fair, is an art market meets traditional gallery exhibition in the Youngplace Hallway Galleries. This event is a one-day event, featuring both a market, and exhibition. In 2026 the Youngplace Art Fair is focusing on highlighting craft artists and 3D makers (textile artists, potters, jewellers, and other 3D crafts). The event will be hosted on the first and second floors of Youngplace, and new this year, a limited number of outdoor booths available on the Youngplace rubberized front lawn.
Youngplace in a community and cultural hub located in the West Queen West neighborhood that nurtures creation, learning and collaboration through innovation program and experiences and event in an inspiring, social environment.
The Youngplace Art Fair is an opportunity to exhibit and retail work in a professional and engaging space! The event will be taking place during the Toronto Doors Open weekend, May 24 and 25, which is an annual event that invites the public to explore the city’s most-loved buildings and sites, free of charge. The event provides rare access to buildings that are not usually open to the public and free access to sites that would usually charge an admission fee. Since its inception in 2000, it has attracted more than two million visits to nearly 700 unique locations and remains the largest event of its kind in Canada. We ask artists to consider the 2026 Toronto Doors Open theme “The World in the City”, a celebration of diversity, and togetherness in the City.
