In the name of presence, we explore the possibilities of art
Residency Dates: Monthly, from July to December, 2025
Uni Art Residency is a self-funded, self-directed space for artists seeking time, place, and freedom to create on their own terms.
Nestled in a three-story townhouse in Toronto’s vibrant Midtown (Yonge & Eglinton), with convenient amenities and seamless transit, it offers both a sanctuary for deep focus and a gateway to the city where daily life and art possibility coexist.
This space has six unique zones: private rooms, shared spaces, and studios. Each inviting a different rhythm of creation. For zone details, please visit here.
The house is equipped with central heating and cooling, high-speed Wi-Fi, and essential household supplies—providing everything needed to settle in and begin.
This is not a programmed residency. There are no required outcomes, no fixed agendas. We go with flow. We offer space for ideas to unfold, we offer opportunities for connecting the Toronto art scene, we offer local guide for presence to become art.
