A Family Palette / Tableaux de Famille
April 21- August 19, 2023
RiverBrink Art Museum, Queenston
The exhibition A Family Palette, circulated by the Ottawa Art Gallery, brings together, for the first time, the work of artists Frances-Anne Johnston, Franz Johnston, and Franklin Arbuckle – three members of the same family. The exhibition tells the story of a talented artistic family and sheds light on the ways Frances-Anne Johnston and her relatives have contributed to the development of Canadian art.
Please join us on Friday, April 21 at 4:00-5:30pm at RiverBrink Art Museum for a VIP preview of the exhibition and tour with the curator Rebecca Basciano! Enjoy food by Smoke and Barrel, wine from Inniskillin Winery and décor by Lovely Day Gift & Home.
General reception to follow 5:30-7:30pm.
