The Woodstock Art Gallery is Oxford County’s only free public art gallery and is situated on the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee, Lenape, and Anishinaabek covered by the Upper Canada Treaties. With over 2,000 works of historical, contemporary and modern Canadian art, the key pillars of the permanent collection include printmaking and the work of painter Florence Carlyle (1964 –1923). Serving our region through our developing public collections, exhibitions and education programs, the Woodstock Art Gallery fosters the wellbeing of our community by preserving our local artistic heritage and cultivating new expressions and experiences of art.
The Woodstock Art Gallery is a division of the City of Woodstock’s Culture Department.
