Call for Submissions to Artists and Curators for Exhibition Projects
Salle Alfred-Pellan of the City of Laval, Québec
Submission Deadline: March 1, 2026
Salle Alfred-Pellan (SAP) is Laval’s municipal museum dedicated to contemporary and current art. Professional artists and exhibition curators are invited to submit exhibition proposals for the main exhibition hall, the public space in the foyer of the Théâtre des Muses, or for one of its special projects.

As an environmentally friendly venue for production, exhibition and dialogue, SAP offers a diverse and inclusive program that reflects social, aesthetic and regional realities. Through its innovative, sensitive and engaging artistic and cultural mediation practices, it promotes accessibility to art for a diverse range of audiences—individuals, families, schools and communities—and acts as a catalyst for collective well-being and civic pride. Admission to SAP is always free for all.
True to its public mission, SAP develops active and lasting partnerships with the artistic, museum, educational and general communities. Thanks to this concerted commitment, it has local, national and international reach.

Each year, Salle Alfred-Pellan presents three major exhibitions in its 400 m2 museum space and another three exhibitions in the foyer of Théâtre des muses.
