Call for Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Presentations

Share your expertise at the 2025 Kingston Creative City Summit! A main feature of the summit are Peer-to-Peer (P2P) presentations. Culture professionals gather to connect, exchange ideas, and inspire one another through shared insights, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

CCNC is seeking presentations that offer actionable takeaways, diverse perspectives, and engaging, multimedia-driven learning experiences.

If you experience any accessibility challenges or if the application process poses a barrier, please reach out to Tara-Lynn Kozma-Perrin at tara-lynnkozma-perrin@creativecity.ca by April 30, 2025.

Who Can Apply?

  • Open to both members and non-members across Canada.
  • Multiple submissions are allowed, but generally, one P2P per municipality/organization will be selected.
  • While municipality-led presentations are prioritized, we also welcome submissions from individuals and organizations—especially those highlighting municipal partnerships or relevance.

Attendance Requirement: P2P presenters must attend in person and hold a delegate pass (discount available for approved presenters).

Submission Deadline: May 15, 2025
