ArtHubs is excited to announce new open concept, shared artist studios on the 3rd floor of Daniels Spectrum in Toronto

Situated right the in the heart of Regent Park, Daniels Spectrum’s newly constructed third floor shared studios are perfect for artists, and creatives looking for flexible space to focus, experiment, and collaborate. The simple and clean design can be the background to your creativity and provide what you need to create at an affordable price.

The Shared Artist Studios provide space for creatives with a culture of care and a focus on diversity. This new space will be a hub of sharing, innovation and collaboration.

Shared Studio Details:

Address: Daniels Spectrum, 3rd Floor, 585 Dundas St E, Toronto
Area: 12 Studios ranging approximately from 39 – 60 square feet. *Spaces are first come, first served.
Monthly Rental Cost: Monthly rental rates range from $200 – $300 (HST inclusive)
Occupancy Date: Available April 1, 2025

Studio Rental Includes:

• 24/7 studio/building access
• Three drywall finished walls, painted white
• Individual outlets for lighting and power needs
• Hardwood floors
• Access to lockable storage and slop sink

Third Floor Amenities Included with Studio Rental:

• Meeting room access
• Community kitchen
• Communal lounge available for programming and collaborative uses
• Large outdoor terrace
• Wi-fi + print & copy facilities
• Access to the Hallway Galleries Program and ArtHubs Community
