Angelina Almanza: Resonance

An emergent polyphonic experience, Resonance combines ‘listening’ with computational actions, bringing to light internal biases in dominant Western European sound. Almanza is the winner of the 2024 Media Arts Prize.

This hands-on workshop introduces electronic sound creation using VCV Rack 2, a Eurorack simulator. Learn how to navigate VCV rack, what a patch is, and build a simple patch from scratch.

We regret that InterAccess does not have barrier-free access; we are currently working to improve the accessibility of all facilities. There are five steps up with handrails to the main entrance which has an automatic (push button) door. Inside all facilities are on the same level, including a single-user accessible washroom.
