We’re so excited to share that 125 fabulous artworks have been donated by our members, alumni, and local artists for the annual Off The Wall fundraiser.

The OTW online catalogue is now live on the Propeller website so you can start to make your list! View all 125 artworks online now.

• We will have a reception on Saturday, December 7 to meet the art donors from 2:00 – 5:30 pm.
• The gallery will be open every day from Wednesday, December 4 to Wednesday, December 11 to view the works in person.

Event Details

• The event will take place over Zoom broadcast from the Gallery
• 6:45 pm Ticket buyers join the Zoom call.
• 7:00 pm – the draw will begin.
• Tickets will be sold for $150 plus HST. Each ticket holder can choose an artwork when their name is drawn.
• Artwork will be picked up by their new owners at Propeller Gallery on December 12 and 13. Mailing options will be available for out-of-town buyers.

Every ticket purchased directly supports Propeller Art Gallery. The funds help to create innovative programs for our gallery members and the wider artistic community.

A portion of the funds raised support our Emerging Members program. This program gives young artists free membership and gallery experience for an entire year culminating in the Emerging Members Exhibition in January 2025.

Artists Empowering Artists since 1996

Propeller Art Gallery is an artist-run co-operative and exhibition space in Toronto’s Queen West Art + Design District that supports innovative, sustainable programming.

Propeller was established in August 1996 by a small group of Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) recent graduates. Their mission was to create an affordable community art gallery for emerging Canadian artists, offering a professional exhibition venue and necessary support in career building.

Propeller continues to uphold this today, supporting artists from emerging to established, through a dynamic approach to arts programming, a venue to exhibit art, and education through member-assisted learning and collaboration.

Propeller has an active roster of artist members who share their creative spirit, and embrace the local arts community. Propeller continues to garner public interest and critical acclaim as an essential artist-run centre in Toronto.
