Contemporary Art Night Comes to North Etobicoke

On September 21, 2024, Arts Etobicoke will host the Albion Islington Square Art Festival, a landmark event bringing contemporary art to Toronto’s Rexdale neighbourhood. From 5:00 to 11:00pm, Albion Islington Square will become a vibrant outdoor gallery under the theme “Confluence: Flowing Together,” showcasing the dynamic spirit of North Etobicoke. This exciting festival will feature 10 stunning works by local artists, ranging from video art projections to immersive 3D installations, along with live performances, free food, and family-friendly activities.

This project has been funded by the City of Toronto’s Main Street Innovation Fund, as part of Government of Canada support through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
