REITZENSTEIN has ushered in an inaugural year-long residency program within the David Braley and Nancy Gordon Sculpture Atrium at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. In his art practice, he explores the relationship between technology and the natural world. An ongoing communal installation of a dissected and felted tree is a feature of the residency along with a variety of sculptures both from his practice and the AGH permanent collection. A recent addition to the exhibition is a 111-letter-word neon installation.

Through workshops and interactive tours, visitors can examine the collaboration between our non-physical consciousness and the inverted tree as a symbol of curiosity and exploration.

REITZENSTEIN is often in the Gallery Level 2 space during our open hours so you may run into him on your next visit!

Free admission to Gallery Level 2 courtesy of Orlick Industries.
