Shown here, is a photograph by artist Hua Jin, last year’s recipient of the Emerging Photographer Award. Hua Jin’s exhibition at the RMG “The Trees Want to Remain Quiet, but the Wind Won’t Stop,” was selected as a feature exhibition of the 2019 Contact Photography Festival.

The Robert McLaughlin Gallery is situated on the ancestral lands and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation and the traditional territory of the Mississauga Nation.
