BigFeels: Post Radical Growth Symposium at Rendezvous with Madness Festival 2021

Rendezvous with Madness Festival 2021

#BigFeels: Post Radical Growth Symposium
Making Space for Mental Health in the Arts

Online Nov 1 – Nov 3

The #BigFeels: Post Radical Growth Symposium is a two-day online symposium for the arts sector. This symposium will be a site of gathering and celebration for artists, communities, and a sector that has continued to shift through adversity and arrive into various states of individual and collective radical growth.

#BigFeels: Post Radical Growth highlights the importance of an intersectional approach when considering and engaging with mental health themes. We invite you to engage critically with these topics through the symposium’s programming led by Workman Art members ranging from panel discussions, workshops and performances! The symposium will include a live reading of a new play in development, live music performances, creative mixed media creation, talks on neurodiversity and more!

The symposium will be hosted entirely virtually.

Pre-registration for the symposium programming is required. Programming schedule coming shortly.

All symposium events are Pay-What-You Wish. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Closed Captioning services will be provided via zoom.

If you require ASL interpretation please contact Hanan Hazime at or call at to specify the name date, time of the program/event you are needing ASL interpretation for before October 22 2021
