Liza Eurich completed her MFA from Western University in 2012. She co-publishes the online project Moire. Her work has been exhibited at the McIntosh Gallery, the Justina M. Barnicke Gallery, The Power Plant, Neutral Ground, and Plug-In ICA. She will be participating in forthcoming shows at the Hamilton Artists Inc. and Open Studios, as well as undertaking residencies in conjunction with the Glasgow Sculpture Studio and CCA/Acme Studios in London, UK. Her exhibition Either A New Or Existing Character is currently on view at MKG127 in Toronto until March 14.

1. Descriptive titles

A slightly surrealistic photo of my grandma and some dude somewhere in Florida, 1957; Buttons the horse sits like a dog; A hidden elevator is found behind a fake wall in a basement; pancake rocks, nz [oc](2900x1915); This is Gatsby. He was standing perfectly under the light; My Step Great Great Grandfather Holding my Great Uncle in a Tuba, 1922; Probably the best picture I've ever taken. No filters/crops/edits of any kind. Met this little guy while snorkeling today. He was smaller than a medium pizza; Five mile wide double rainbow during a thunderstorm 8000ft above sea level in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon.

3. Animals that are parasitic

Tapeworms, mosquitos, ticks, mites, lice, fleas, bot flies, aphids, gymnosporangium and other rusts, vampire bats, cuckoo birds, mocking birds, oxpeckers, barnacles, lamprey eels, pea crabs, leeches, cookiecutter sharks, and wedge-capped capuchins.
