The Latcham Gallery
Is calling for Submissions

1. 2017 Annual Juried Exhibition

The Latcham Gallery is looking for submissions in all media for this exciting and much anticipated exhibition. The Latcham Gallery is in Stouffville ON just north of Toronto. All works being considered must be dropped off in person at the Gallery between 12 noon and 8 pm on Monday March 6. The exhibition runs from March 11 – April 29, 2017. This year’s Jury includes Anik Glaude, head curator at the Varley Art Gallery in Markham, Ian Carr-Harris, OCADU professor of studio art and professional artist and Alice Teichert, award winning, internationally renowned multidisciplinary artist. $750 in cash awards!

2. The Amended Landscape

The Latcham Gallery is looking for Ontario artists who work with lens based practices and whose artwork in some way reflects humanity’s footprint upon the landscape. The Amended Landscape will feature the work of award winning Canadian photographer Edward Burtynksy alongside those selected from submissions received. The scheduled date for this small group exhibition is July 6 to August 19, 2017. Please send up to 10 jpg images or video links with cv, statement, image list, etc. by April 15. Email submissions only please to curator@latchamgallery.ca - please put The Amended Landscape plus your name in the subject line of the email.


The Latcham Gallery is the public art gallery in Stouffville, Ontario. It is dedicated to providing opportunities for members of the community to view art and the ideas that artists express through contemporary practices. It is funded by donations, sponsorships, membership and fundraising events as well as grants from the municipality of Whitchurch-Stouffville and the Ontario Arts Council.
